My process is not complicated. Together, we look at your child’s needs, along with your parenting style, to create a sleep plan that is as unique as your child. The real *magic* - beyond the personalized plan - is found during the two-week period following our initial chat where you begin implementing the sleep program designed with your whole family in mind.

Having a baby sleep expert in your corner means that you have someone to encourage you to keep going, help you pivot when things don’t go as planned, and answer questions unique to your child that cannot possibly be sourced from the internet.

TODDLER & PRESCHOOLER

Sleep means different things at different ages. For your toddler or preschooler, solid rest supports their emotions and behaviour, helping them to make the most of their learning and exploring during awake time.

If your child is struggling during the bedtime routine, waking multiple times over night, paying unexpected visits to your room, or rising before the sun, it’s not too late to get their sleep on track!

BABY

Having a baby who struggles with sleep can be tough on the whole family. At this stage, you may have tried just about everything to get your little one sleeping through the night. Early mornings, frequent wakings, and crappy naps are just a few of the things we can work on at this age.

NEWBORN

Newborns require lots of attention - day and night - it’s true. It’s also true that there are ways to help them establish a healthy sleep foundation from the very beginning. This program is not designed to have your newborn sleeping through the night at this stage - it’s simply not developmentally appropriate. Rather, you will learn to provide them with the guidance and skills they need in order to seamlessly transition into ‘all-night sleepers’ when they are ready.
