The Sleepful Start package provides you with a blueprint for newborn routines and expectations.
Instead of sleep ‘training’ your new addition, we’ll help you begin to shape how your baby understands sleep. We’ll focus on safe sleep for newborns, appropriate wakeful periods, laying the groundwork for healthy nap and bedtime routines, and build your confidence in helping your baby fall asleep.

✔ Sleep Consultation (1 hour)
✔ Personalized Newborn Sleep Plan
✔ Email Support (8 emails to be used in the first 12 weeks)
✔ Two 30-Minute Check-In Calls (to be used in the first 12 weeks)
